Plus, it's just a short ride to many of Chattanooga's hospitals. The house is nestled in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood and features a fully fenced backyard with a cozy firepit and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and things you may need. Area is convenient to grocery and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable stay. We would stay here again.
The house was accurately described and the location was very convenient for our family of 4 as we visited downtown Chattanooga (and surrounding areas).The house was well equipped. We enjoyed the walking distance to a nearby restaurant/soon to be brewery. Daughter and husband enjoyed a couple runs to explore the area and exercise. Internet worked well. Communication was great. We would stay there again when we visit Chattanooga.
Place was very spacious and clean. I did not see any access to Wi-Fi, so if it is available, it would help to have instructions left out somewhere.
House fit our needs, and the fenced in yard was an awesome bonus. Location was great, in the sense, everything was about 10 minutes away and easy to get too. Neighborhood was quiet and is in a transition phase. As for the house, it was clean and met our needs. Appreciate kitchen being stocked with cooking supplies. Recommendations to host: additional towels and throw blankets.
They had everything we needed to make a complete christmas meal. It was fabulous! The house was in a convient location for us. We will definately stay again.

I wouldn't say downtown Chattanooga. It was fenced in for pets. It smells like a fish fry and is a cheaper option. Thank you.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
