By booking with Yellow Door Vacation Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe and may be split into two installments. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled.

• Identification & Eligibility: The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and may be required to provide government-issued identification.

• Property Use: The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the reservation. Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not permitted.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

• Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced unless otherwise approved in writing.

• House Rules: Guests agree to comply with all house rules. Failure to do so may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Yellow Door Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests for violations of these terms or house rules.

• All properties are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home will result in eviction and extra charges.

• Check in procedures vary per property and will be sent to you via email prior to your arrival.

• No unauthorized pets or guests.

• No parties or events.

All cancellations must be in writing to contact@yellowdoor.life (you must receive an acknowledgment of our receipt). Due to non-refundable payment processing fees, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations and helps offset transaction and administrative costs incurred at the time of booking.

Additionally, 50% of all rents, fees, and taxes will be returned if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the arrival date. However, if guest(s) cancels fewer than 14 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund of any rents and/or fees and taxes. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late-shows. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance through your insurance company to protect the cost of your trip.

Please treat our properties with the same respect you would your own. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9:00 PM for our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. All properties are non-smoking properties. Additional fees will apply for any damages, smoking, etc.

Pets are only allowed at certain properties with a non-refundable fee (varies per property). Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be properly secured in a crate if left in the home alone.
