Great customer service ! And nice place
The place was beautiful and great communication from the staff. The heat did not work at all though which is terrible for the winter season. The host did their best by giving us heaters but the guy said this has been a problem for a while.

We had a great time here!! A peaceful, clean space that was so close to everything that we wanted to see in Chattanooga!!
I highly recommend this place! The location is in the most perfect spot, very close to downtown and popular restaurants. The next time I’m in Chattanooga, this is where I’ll be staying.

Everything was like the pictures. We loved the easy, clean, and convenience to everything! Would recommend to anyone. Carrie was a great host. Will be back.
Wonderful stay! You must be OK with stairs. Nice high ceiling. Very clean and modern. Well carded for. 5 Star.
Place was pretty awesome for the price. More than enough room for 2-3 guest. It’s only about 5-10 minutes away from the incline railway, lookout mountain, ruby falls, and the downtown area. Parking was pretty good and always had a spot available pretty close to or right in front of the building. Bathrooms and bedroom were pretty clean and bugs were not an issue. Overall very good place to stay for a couple or small group. Balcony’s are a nice touch.
Great location. Everything is exactly as pictured/described. Easy check in/out.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
