Walking distance to Tremont Tavern, Daily Ration, Southern Squeeze, Il Primo, Las Margaritas, and so much more! Minutes from Coolidge Park, Tennessee Aquarium, and other downtown attractions! Welcome to the heart of Chattanooga's trendy NorthShore neighborhood! The NorthShore is known for its mix of independent clothing and jewelry boutiques, cozy cafes, gastropubs, and popular neighborhood restaurants. Walking trails crisscross wetlands in riverside Renaissance Park, while adjacent Coolidge Park has an interactive fountain, a restored antique carousel, and a climbing wall. Pedestrians and cyclists can reach Downtown Chattanooga via the 1891 Walnut Street Bridge Guests may use the driveway or garage for parking. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was the perfect size for our two little ones, with plenty of space for them to play. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we had planned to visit. Carrie was, by far, the best host we’ve ever had—extremely responsive (usually within minutes). We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Chatt Hideaway. The house was easy to find and access and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was also very convenient to all the things on our itinerary, including the Tennessee Aquarium and Rock City. Carrie had excellent communication and made everything simple from booking to check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

My group had a fantastic stay at Carrie's place! We needed to adjust our travel plans, and Carrie responded in a timely manner to our questions, which helped us adjust quickly. The home location was in a nice neighborhood; very walkable, lots of people out and about, and about a mile from all Northshore has to offer, yet quiet. The home was also exactly as described and perfect for our group of four. We'd certainly consider staying here again - thanks, Carrie!
Cute house in a great location! Felt safe and easy access to lots of restaurants and activities. Beds and couch are comfy, and they had everything we needed!

Everything was in working order. Carrie was quick to respond to questions. The location was safe. We had everything we needed. Feedback is regarding the contradictions between a high end appliance kitchen and the finishing touches: add stepping stones to area between driveway and front stairs, paint the doors and trim with a gloss paint (the flat looks unfinished), new couch is needed (we sunk in and had a hard time getting out), add an additional hand towel in the kitchen, replace the mattress pads (they crinkle like they are waterproofed), and add a variety of soft and firm pillows on the beds (currently they are all flat). This property seems new to rentals?
The driveway to the stairs was very treacherous. No instructions on the high end oven. Water and ice dispenser not working on the high end refrigerator. Plastic covering on mattresses made sleeping uncomfortable
My bestfriend and I stayed here for NYE and we had so much fun! It was spacious enough for the both of us and it was close enough to downtown. I would definitely book again!
Very clean, comfy beds and soft towels. the space is perfect for 2-4 people and it's a quiet neighborhood

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
