The check in process was easy.The host was friendly and accommodating. We like the location although there was a little more walking involved to get to things you actually wanted to go to.But other than that, it was perfect. The host seemed to think of everything you would need in order to be comfortable.

I do love this property but be mindful of renting from pet friendly homes because they don’t always clean as they should. There was an excessive amount of dog hair. I thought the additional pet fee would cover a deeper clean. There is a washer and dryer and I was able to clean myself and then the issue was resolved. The host is great and the home is beautiful
Great location - convenient to UTC and downtown. New and clean with a well-equipped kitchen (no drip coffee machine, but there is a keurig...). Courtyard area is small but attractive and tidy - good for pets!Having access to the garage was great - it makes packing and unpacking easy regardless of the weather. Just make sure you are okay with stairs - there lowest level is the garage, there's a substantial flight of steps to the main level (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), and then another substantial flight to the MBR w bath and washer/dryer.Would stay again!
Our stay at Birch Bliss was wonderful! The townhouse is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with every amenity you could ask for. The host was excellent with communication, and the home itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the beds. Located in downtown Chattanooga, everything we wanted to do was just a short drive or Uber ride away. The complex felt safe, was dog-friendly, and very well maintained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer, which was such a nice touch and really made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Carrie’s townhouse was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s clean and decorated beautifully. Carrie is a wonderful host!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very homey, incredibly clean, and so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made traveling with little ones much easier. We stayed with two under two and a dog, and this place was perfect for our family. It felt very safe, and it was super easy to take our dog out for potty breaks and let them play in the designated dog area. Everything was thoughtfully set up to make our stay stress-free. The location is also a huge plus, central to so many kid-friendly and dog-friendly activities. We had such a great experience and will absolutely stay here again when we return in April. Highly recommend!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Yellow Door Vacation Rentals will match it.
