There is noise from the freight train terminal nearby … both during the day and late into the night. This wasn’t an issue for us as we are heavy sleepers but mentioning it here for the benefit of others. You can walk to downtown in 15-20 mins. All of Chattanooga is within minutes via car. Note that this is in an up and coming area that used to be all commercial space.  Many old buildings are in the surrounding blocks and several are in various stages of refurb/transformation into restaurants and residential uses. All this was clearly stated on the description of the property.  Bottom line - we recommend this place!" (10/5)
